Ingredients:
- 8 Chicken Thighs
- 300ml creme friache
- 275g Mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Chicken stock cubes
- 500ml Boiling water
- Parsley to garnish
- Salt and pepper to season
- Potatoes or rice

Step 1) Brown the chicken in the Nuovva® stainless steel frying pan, remove from the pan and then put it to one side.
Step 2) In the same frying pan, make the stock using the stock cubes and boiling water. Be sure to scrape the bottom of the pan.
Step 3) In a large saucepan, fry the onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms and allow to cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4) Add the chicken and stock to the onion and mushroom mixture. Place the lid on and allow to cook for 15-20 minutes on a medium heat.
Step 5) Turn down the heat, remove the lid and add the creme friache and stir.
Step 6) Leave to simmer until the sauce has reduced and thickened slightly. Season to taste.
TIP: Add more water if you’d like more sauce. Suitable for freezing
