Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

**Any orders placed, Age Verification completed, or payment completed after 1 PM will be processed the next business day**

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
We primarily use EVRI UK and DPD UK to fulfil our orders. Customers are able to choose their service of choice. 
If required, we may use Amazon Logistics Shipping to fulfil some orders.

For International Orders, we use DHL Express and DHL Global Mail

** Any Orders containing bladed items will be shipped through the Age Verification Service (see below)**

** Due to a change in our courier terms & conditions, orders to the Highlands, Islands & R.O.I are considered International and will have £1 added to the rates stated above
We apologise; at the moment, we are not able to fulfil any Express Shipping Service to Highlands, Islands & R.O.I

Free UK Delivery excludes Highlands, Islands & R.O.I and takes up to 10 working days, excluding weekends & bank holidays.**

 
International Orders

For international orders, prices will vary depending on location and the weight amount (below 10KG and above 10KG), outlined below are estimates:

DHL International (Under 10KG) 7 - 14 Business Days £35-40
DHL International (Above 10KG) 7 - 14 Business Days £40-50

Please be aware:

Due to the current tariffs applied by the United States, your order may incur additional import duties and/or taxes upon arrival.

We do not charge or collect any duties or taxes at checkout, and they are not included in the total order amount shown on our site. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable directly to the courier or customs authorities.

If you decide not to pay these import fees and the parcel is subsequently returned to us:

  • We will refund the item cost with any import charges, handling fees or return fees billed to us deducted from it.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding import duties, taxes and related return fees.

Delays in Dispatch or Problems with Your Parcel?

Please note that we are not in control and do not take responsibility for the couriers' actions.

For any Next Day Services, any delays to your parcel that directly relate to our processing time or dispatch, we will refund the shipping fee


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@nuovva.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Age verification (Knives/Bladed Items)

Here at Nuovva, we value our customers' safety above all else and take our social responsibility very seriously. As part of our commitment to safety, proof of ID will be requested at delivery to ensure that nobody makes a purchase of a bladed item without being of legal age.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unopened, unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@nuovva.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
