What’s Covered

For 12 months from the date of purchase, Nuovva will repair or replace any product that shows a manufacturer’s defect in:

• Materials
• Workmanship
• Manufacturing processes

This applies to all Nuovva cookware, electricals and accessories used under normal domestic conditions.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues that arise from:

• Normal wear and tear, including superficial scratches, discolouration, minor marks, or changes in appearance
• Accidental damage, drops, or impacts
• Overheating, prolonged exposure to high heat, or thermal shock
• Improper cleaning or storage, including dishwasher use on items not marked dishwasher-safe
• Use of metal utensils on coated or delicate surfaces
• Stacking unprotected cookware causing scratches or surface damage
• Commercial or professional use
• Rust, staining, or residue caused by improper care
• Use outside the recommended temperature limits for each product
• Failure to follow operating instructions, safety warnings, or cleaning guidelines

Item Specifics

Non-Stick Cookware

• Covered: manufacturing defects in the coating within 1 year.
• Not covered: general degradation of non-stick coating, overheating, metal utensils, dishwasher use, or using pans empty on high heat.

Granite Cookware

• Covered: manufacturing defects in material or construction.
• Not covered: chips, scratches from utensils, deterioration from high heat, abrasive cleaning tools, or stacking without protection.

Stainless Steel Cookware

• Covered: defects in manufacturing.
• Not covered: staining, rainbow discoloration, cosmetic marks, warping caused by excessive heat or misuse.

Cast Iron & Enameled Cast Iron

• Covered: defects that impact usability or longevity.
• Not covered: chips, cracks from impact, overheating damage, cosmetic marks, or changes in appearance from normal seasoning/use.

Knives (Stainless Steel)

• Covered: manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.
• Not covered: bent or broken tips, dull blades from normal use, rust from improper drying or storage, dishwasher damage, or chips from cutting hard foods.

Electrical Appliances

• Covered: manufacturing defects affecting function within 1 year.
• Not covered: damage from misuse, overheating, improper ventilation, cosmetic wear, water exposure, limescale buildup, or commercial use.

Bakeware & Accessories

• Covered: manufacturing defects.
• Not covered: scratches, overheating beyond limits, cosmetic wear, or improper storage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our team at support@nuovva.co.uk.

For faster assistance, include:

1. Your order number or proof of purchase
2. Photos or videos showing the issue
3. A short description of the problem

Our team will review your claim and advise on next steps. If the product or range is no longer available, we will offer a like-for-like replacement of similar quality and function.

Limitations

Nuovva’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

• Incidental or consequential damages
• Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions

The replacement value will not exceed the original purchase price. This warranty gives you specific rights which may vary by country.
