Cleaning Your Enamel Cast Iron:

🕒 Cool First
Allow your cookware to cool completely before washing.

💧 Hand Wash
Use warm, soapy water and a soft nylon brush or sponge.

🪛 Stubborn Residue
For baked-on bits, soak in warm soapy water and use a nylon scraper.

⚠️ Safety Tips:

Why Cast Iron Matters

Cast iron is the secret ingredient behind professional-quality baking. The Nuovva Bread Loaf Pan locks in heat and steam during the first crucial minutes of baking, creating beautifully risen loaves with a crisp, golden crust and a soft, airy interior. Its thick enamelled walls ensure even heat distribution, while the moisture-locking lid enhances flavour and texture. With Nuovva cast iron, you’re bringing bakery-level performance into your own kitchen.
