Cleaning Your Enamel Cast Iron:

🕒 Cool First: Allow your cookware to cool fully before washing.

💧 Hand Wash: Use warm, soapy water and a soft nylon brush.

🪛 Stubborn Residue: For tough bits, soak in warm, soapy water and gently use a nylon scraper.

  • Keep the pot dry to avoid rust around the rim.

⚠️ Safety Tips:

Why Cast Iron Matters

Cast iron isn’t just durable — it transforms the way food cooks. The shallow design of the Nuovva Dutch Oven lets heat spread evenly across the entire surface, giving you precise control for searing, sautéing, and roasting. Unlike thin metal pans that fluctuate in temperature, cast iron retains consistent heat, locking in moisture and enhancing the natural flavours of your ingredients.

The enamelled finish offers the best of both worlds: all the benefits of cast iron cooking with none of the maintenance of traditional seasoning. It’s resilient, easy to clean, and built to last a lifetime — the perfect blend of performance, style, and everyday practicality.
